Selected candidates will design, develop, and maintain applications used by our customers. Daily activities include meeting with customers to gather and analyze requirements. They make system design decisions, evaluating, integrating and developing necessary software, and then test and deploy applications to production. Developing high-performing systems and evolving complex workflows and life-cycle management capabilities are just some of the projects available for developers.
We are looking for someone who can help with analysis, design and implementation, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and who can generate ideas and express them clearly.
The assignments are various and mostly in the software development. We always care that a human fit exists between the candidates and the clients for a win-win relationship.
- Diploma: Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science / information systems / software engineering

By joining our Software engineering tactical team, you will have the opportunity to directly participate in our mission.
- Program software solutions to answer pilots’ and instructors’ requests generated while using the simulator.
- Integrate and validate these solutions.
- Deploy the updated software to our customers (remotely or sometimes directly in the field, at the customer’s location).
- A technical programming degree or an engineering degree or any relevant experiences.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in software debugging.
- An aircraft systems knowledge
- A knowledge of C, C++ programming languages.

Selected candidates will work closely with engineering/development teams to design, build, and maintain systems and help them decide on products to use, schema design and query tuning. They will troubleshoot issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network. They will identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company, scope and create automation for deployment. They will need to spend 50% of their time on and around production support
