Senior Scheduler with Primavera P6

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler with 5-7 years of experience in Primavera P6 and a background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining complex project schedules for our pharmaceutical projects. You will work closely with project managers, project engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are accurate, up to date, and align with project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules for multiple pharmaceutical projects
• Work closely with project managers, project engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are accurate, up to date, and align with project objectives
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation plans to keep the project on track
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze project data and develop accurate project forecasts
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide feedback to project teams to ensure schedule quality and alignment with project objectives
• Develop and maintain standard scheduling procedures and templates
• Provide training and support to project teams on scheduling tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand and interpret project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
